What is Hashflare Mining about?
Hashflare is a cloud-based mining platform where you can start mining Bitcoin very easily. It went live online in 2014 and has gained a good reputation since then and is used by people worldwide. One of the main advantages of the platform is the simplicity of using it, you can basically start mining in a few clicks of a mouse.
How does it work?
As mentioned above, it is ridiculously easy to get started with Hashflare. You do not need to download anything (it is cloud-based). To get started you simply sign up for an account, then you found your account and buy hash power and voila you are all set.
What payments are accepted?
To pay for the hash power you buy you got 3 different options:
As you can see you can pay with a credit card if you ain´t got (or want) Bitcoin to pay with.
Is it legit?
This is actually a good question, as probably 99,99 percent of cloud-based mining platforms are complete scams. However, there are legit ones also and the fact that Hashflare has been online since 2014 and worked well all the time is a good sign. However, there is no evidence that there is a mining rig that exists…
Below is a video that covers the question pretty good:
The pros and cons
It is always a good idea to compare the good sides with the not so good sides of an opportunity before you make a decision. Below I have pointed out some clear ones on both sides of the spectrum for you:
- Very simple to use
- You can pay with a credit card
- Earnings will be slow
- No mining rig is displayed
There are hundreds if not thousands of alternatives out there, however, around 99,99% are complete scams so please be aware of that if you come across an “opportunity”.
However, there are of course legit alternatives out there also, and the one I would recommend the most is also the most well-known and trusted one Genesis Mining. It is just as simple to use as Hashflare and also have proved that they got a real existing mining rig, located on Iceland.
Final words on Hashflare
Verdict: Legit (for now)
Overall rating: (3.5 / 5)
Ok, that sums up the overall view of Hashflare pretty well I would say, it looks like it is a legit platform for you to use. Keep in mind that this is not some kind of “get rich quick scheme” as the earnings will be slow.
For now, the rating 3,5 out of 5 stars seems fair, it can of course change to an either higher or lower one in the future as we make sure to update our reviews as soon as any news on the particular company comes up.
If you want to get started mining on a cloud-based platform in the most simple way possible then you might want to check out Hashflare.
Keep in mind to never invest more than you can afford to lose though as you never know, that goes for ALL investments. Stick to that rule of thumb and you will be just fine.
Hope you found this short review of Hashflare to be helpful, now you have a better understanding of what it is and if it is worth to start mining for you. If you have used the platform yourself please share your experience below as it can help others. Also, if you got any questions about this review I will be more than happy to answer them below.
To your success!
